What We Love About Our Job

I feel so lucky to have a job that I love. My favorite thing about being an orthodontist is being able to establish relationships with the patients and their families. We see our patients so often during treatment that we get to know them really well and it’s so much fun to see how much they change over time. I love seeing the confidence that a beautiful new smile brings to our patients.
When I was a child, my front teeth entered the room before I did:). Consequently, I spent many hours at my orthodontist’s office. Not only did I love that my teeth and bite looked and felt so much better, but I loved the atmosphere at the office and always enjoyed going. I started thinking that I would love to be able to provide the same type of service for people one day. I am so thankful to be able to bring people the same positive experience that I had as a child and hope maybe one of our patients will do the same for others one day.

I love being an orthodontist! I enjoy my job because I like getting to know the families we treat. Certainly, the most exciting part of my job is getting to see the bright smiles of patients when we take off their braces. Our amazing team makes this office a great place to work!
I grew-up spending time in my dad’s dental office, so entering the dental field was an easy choice for me. It was my time as an orthodontic patient (Phase I and Phase II) that sparked my determination to become an orthodontist. I always loved going to my orthodontist because his office was a fun and happy place. I am thankful for the smile and bite he achieved for me.
